Jeff Edwards is an accomplished attorney with a 27 years of legal experience as inside corporate counsel for large fortune 500 companies and as outside private counsel for multiple large publicly traded companies.

He is now enjoying private practice in partnership with other great lawyers in the areas of Elder Law, Transportation Law, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury litigation. He is one of the founders of the Non-Profit Organization Developmental Wings, Inc., which provides free services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Jeff currently serves as the City Attorney for the Town of Roland, counsel for Northeast Health System -Sequoyah, and counsel for Carlile Transportation Services, Inc. He received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a member of the Legal Honors Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. He is privileged to be admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and the Western District of Arkansas. He has been a member of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals and the Transportation Lawyers Association. He has been a presenter and panelist at the Mid-Year Conference of the Transportation Lawyers Association Regional Conference, and is a founding member of the Logistics Lawyers Association.  He is a member of Lawyers with Purpose, a membership organization focusing on elder law, medicaid, and estate planning, and he is Vice-President of the Oklahoma Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
