Lynn Manning Flynn is an accomplished attorney with vast knowledge of business law and more than 28 years of legal experience, first in private practice and then as in-house counsel for a large publicly traded corporation. Lynn possesses a unique understanding of all aspects of litigation through multiple first chair trail experience, as well as supervising other trial counsel throughout the United States. While in private practice, Lynn practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense and insurance coverage disputes, trying numerous cases and participating in numerous mediations. She represented multiple insurance carriers, including State Farm, Great West, Oklahoma Farmers Union and Shelter Insurance, as well as large corporations including Whirlpool and Lowe’s.

Using her vast knowledge of the insurance industry, Lynn then began to represent injured parties, obtaining numerous large settlements including a multi-million dollar settlement for injuries caused by a drunk driver. For eight years, beginning in 2007, Lynn served as Corporate Counsel for USA Truck, Inc., as supervisor of the legal department. While at USA Truck, Lynn also drafted and negotiated multi-million dollar transportation contracts involving land, water, and intermodal transportation for truckload transportation, was in charge of all employment and contract related litigation, the drafting and negotiation of multimillion-dollar real estate purchases and multiple rental and lease transactions in various states, drafting various corporate Policy & Procedure protocols, as well as drafting and reviewing a variety of business related contracts and agreements.

Lynn graduated With Honors from the University of Arkansas in 1990, where she was a member of the Law Review. Lynn is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association; American Bar Association, and Sebastian County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arkansas and Oklahoma. She is a past member of the Arkansas House of Delegates and the Young Lawyers Association
